Nabil has served as Managing Director of Zynik Capital Corporation, a venture and later stage investment firm, and has led the building, acquisition and growth of companies in construction equipment, manufacturing, medical devices, agriculture, real estate, energy, new media and software. He has also worked at Booz & Company, Katzenbach Partners and Ernst & Young. Nabil holds a BA from Harvard University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
As Noble Iron’s Chief People Officer, Louisa’s primary focus is on identifying and implementing best in class policies and protocols as well as building a culture that supports the company's strategic objectives and vision. A key component of Louisa’s programs are the development of a collaborative workforce with a strong emphasis on trust, transparency and the development of talent. Louisa’s extensive background leading Human Resource functions spans companies ranging from multi-billion dollar REITS to international software companies. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, employee relations and risk mitigation.
Prior to her tenure as Corporate Controller at Noble Iron, Holly has worked primarily in the Oil & Gas manufacturing and services sector, focusing heavily on integrations and strategic growth. Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant.
KJ leads the overall strategy and growth initiatives at Noble Iron. KJ started his career as senior manufacturing analyst at Dell. Later, he managed engineering and technology endeavors in the energy sector for clients such as Shell and Exxon-Mobil. He recently led the growth and development of several online ventures in the fields of neuroscience and construction. KJ holds a dual degree in engineering and philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University.
Vahid Hassanpour is General Manager of Equipment Operations at Noble Iron for Southern California. Prior to joining Noble Iron, he worked in auto part manufacturing for 15 years as Operation and Plant Manager at three companies. His most recent project involved a consolidation of four branches into one strategic location in Los Angeles area. Vahid holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master degree in Biomedical Engineering. He lives in Irvine California with his wife and daughter.
Alex has held multiple roles, ranging from Software Application Development, Customer Support, Implementation and Client Services. He has had over 20 years of experience in the Equipment Rental sector. Alex leads Noble Iron’s Software Operations team that is responsible for the creation, delivery and support of Texada Software’s suite of products, including SRM (Systematic Rental Management), FleetLogic, Insight, and Gateway.
Isaac leads high-innovation projects that have a long term organizational impact. Before joining Noble Iron, Isaac served as a strategic leader and advisor to firms such as Apple, Yahoo! and Electronic Arts. Isaac was the former CEO and Co-Founder of Paydoko, Canada’s first cryptocurrency merchant services platform. He also co-founded Breeba Ventures, a boutique digital marketing and development consultancy.
